The labour rates within the construction estimating software are set to the rates you actually pay and all material costs are current and up to date. This allows you to produce professional build cost estimates that you can have trust in.
The construction estimating templates can be purchased with or without a support subscription. Purchasing the support subscription option will keep the templates material prices up to date for a 12-month period. Whenever prices change, we will change the rates in the template and send you the revised file.

Click on the PayPal link underneath each template / support pack that you wish to purchase. Once your payment has been received, we provide a labour sheet via email where you can fill in your labour rates and return it. We will then adjust each template to reflect your companies labour rates.
