On September 24, Greywind chef Dan Kluger will welcome guest chef Jake Howell from Nashville's Peninsula restaurant for a special rendition of The Chef's Counter. On September 2, Related Argent announced that Brent Cross Town was awarded £14 million in funding from The Government’s Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF), which will help the mixed-use neighborhood achieve its goal of becoming net zero by 2030. The funding will go towards the neighborhood's district heating network, generating low carbon heat for Brent Cross Town's 6,700 residences, offices and leisure buildings. Once complete, Brent Cross Town will utilize one of Europe's largest fully electric energy centers, which is being developed in partnership with Vattenfall.
In August, NYC luxury residence One Hudson Yards offered an engaging cocktail class for residents, which was led by mixologist Melissa Brooke of Night Inn Experience. Brooke taught residents how to craft three different spritzes, known as the season's most popular drinks, which were refreshing, delicious and accessible to recreate at home.
